Vice President of the Serbian National Party and Member of Parliament of the Serbian Parliament Miroslav Aleksić to file a criminal complaint against the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Mayor of Novi Sad, Miloš Vučević, for the criminal offense of false reporting and obstruction of justice, according to the party's statement.
"I expect that Vucevic will be immediately arrested, just as the fake customer of Megatrend University, Dejan Đorđević, was immediately arrested when he falsely reported that he was attacked by unknown persons and that he was robbed," Aleksić said in a written statement.
Aleksić pointed out that he decided to file a complaint against Vučić and Vučević because they refused his offer to help them in drafting a criminal complaint by providing all the evidence on the "Jovanjic" case and because the prosecution has not responded to Aleksić's call for weeks to publish answers to all the questions he asked about the affair.
"It is obvious that the farce of filing a criminal complaint against Aleksandar Vučić and his brother Andrej, i.e. the regime against itself, serves only to obstruct justice and media manipulation and slander of citizens. It is so far the strongest blow to the judiciary, which is completely controlled by the progressive regime. humiliated," stated Aleksic.
Vucevic filed criminal charges today against the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić and his brother Andrej Vučić because of the Jovanjic case.
He told the journalists that he did it as a citizen, that he did not specify the qualification of the criminal act, and that the report contains all the statements and statements of certain politicians in the media and on social networks, arranged chronologically.
Vucevic explained that this is information that has disturbed the public and cannot leave anyone indifferent, and the citizens of Serbia must learn the truth.
