The Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, said that she spoke with the President of the country, Aleksandar Vučić, about the measures related to the emergence of the coronavirus, both health and economic, and announced that some of them will be adopted tomorrow.
"The situation is serious, but under control," said Brnabić on TV Prva.
She stated that after the meeting with Vučić and the epidemiologists, she will consider the possible introduction of new measures.
She announced that the eventual closing of schools will also be discussed tomorrow.
"Tomorrow we will also discuss this with the Minister of Education, Mladen Šarčević. If this measure is something preventive and smart, we have no problem, but let us apply the measures in accordance with the needs, and not just because someone says we apply the measures. It is important to be composed Brnabić said.
She said that the situation is under control.
Asked about a possible ban on public gatherings, she said that there was no need for it at the moment.
"We will see if the situation will change tomorrow".
