Croatian Minister of Health: It is more acceptable for a child to be in a home than in a gay family

Vili Beroš, Croatian Minister of Health, member of the National Staff of Civil Protection and holder of the HDZ list in the tenth constituency in the upcoming parliamentary elections in that country, believes that it is more acceptable for children to be in a home than in a family of same-sex parents.

"The situation is specific. If the environment in the home is healthy, it would be more acceptable," said Beroš, appearing on N1 television, as reported by Indeks.

Beroš also commented on the law on abortion in Croatia, saying that the right to choose is important.

"There is a law that is not restrictive, it needs to be modernized. The right to choose is absolutely important, and according to the decision of the Constitutional Court, completely clear frameworks have been determined, we cannot go below certain civilizational frameworks. The conversation about prevention is a much more important thing, so that we would do everything to the last one doesn't come at all," said Beroš, adding that it is important that it does not happen that in a hospital all doctors appeal to their conscience, so that there is no one who terminates an unwanted pregnancy.
