In Belgrade, from tomorrow it is mandatory to wear masks in all closed facilities, including nightclubs and shopping centers.
The President of the Government of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, met with representatives of the association of night bars and clubs and representatives of shopping centers in Belgrade, and the topic of the meeting was new measures aimed at combating the infectious disease COVID-19, which will be effective in the capital from tomorrow.
The President of the Government informed the owners and tenants of night clubs and the owners of shopping centers in Belgrade that from tomorrow they will not be allowed to enter any closed building in Belgrade without a protective mask.
As announced by the Government, the agreed position is that all measures adopted in order to protect people's health must be respected.
"The Government of Serbia, as well as businessmen, agree that the health of the citizens comes first and that they will make every effort so that, with respect for all measures, the economy can continue to function," said Brnabić.
"The government will continue to monitor the development of the epidemiological situation in the entire country and adapt all epidemiological measures to protect the health of citizens," the government's announcement stated.
