The leader of the Movement of Free Citizens (PSG) Sergej Trifunović was attacked and injured this evening around 19:XNUMX during a protest in front of the House of National Assembly in Belgrade.
As reported by the Beta agency reporter, Trifunović was pushed to the opposite side of the street by a group of gathered citizens while he was trying to approach the parliament building, in front of which a protest is being held, attended by the leaders of the Alliance for Serbia.
Trifunović told the KRIK portal that he was attacked by Leviathan members.
When asked how he was injured, he said that he did not know because he was hit from all sides and that he was also hit "from above, probably with a hard object".
As he stated, he repaired the head injury himself, without the intervention of the emergency services.
Trifunović told KRIK: "We came to support the protest, but they have already arrived... members of Leviathan who stood in the front rows, all in black, all in the crowd, 'brave' as always when they are in a crowd".
"They are members of the service, so they are members of the service, but we don't know if they are there with the task of making this not a peaceful protest, but a sh***. But, it is possible that they were thrown in just because, that they were thrown in to they cast a shadow," added Trifunović.
At the protest in front of the Assembly, the three-member team of Radio-Television of Serbia (RTS) was insulted.
One of the members of that team told Betty that several young men shouted insults at them and "Go, go, where were you last night!"
A smaller incident also occurred at the intersection of Takovska Street and Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard, where the gathered citizens pushed some PSG officials.
