The medical condition of the Serbian Patriarch Irinej, who is in the hospital due to the coronavirus, has worsened, the council of doctors of the Military Hospital in Karaburma in Belgrade announced today.
The announcement states that the permanent council of doctors monitors the general and clinical condition of Patriarch Irinej.
"The public will continue to be informed about the state of health of His Holiness," the statement added.
Patriarch Irinej has been in the hospital since November 4.
