Belgraders Veljko Belivuk, known as Velja Nevolja and Marko Miljković, who are close to the heads of the "Kavak criminal clan", were arrested around five o'clock this morning, on the order of the local Prosecutor's Office, the portal Blic reported.
They are charged with murder and the most serious crimes, this media reports, referring to its findings.
Belivuk and Mirković are also known as the leaders of Partizan fans.
In a major operation by the Security Intelligence Agency (BIA), a total of 16 people were arrested and detained in custody, suspected of conspiring to commit serious crimes, kidnappings and murders, and 30 locations were searched during the night, reports Blic.
The Montenegrin police recently arrested Radovan Stanišić, Milo Jovanović and one other person on suspicion of planning the assassination of Belivuk and Miljković.
At the end of January, Belivuk stayed in Kotor, where he intensively met with one of the leaders of the "Kavak clan", Radoj Zvicer.
Belivuk and Zvicera were then brought to the Kotor police, but since there were no elements to detain them, they were released.
