Photos of the actress Vesna Pećanac from the folk kitchen in Belgrade were published on social networks.
Pećanac is the wife of director Živko Nikolić.
On Twitter, one of the users wrote that Pećanac is a "regular user of the kitchen of the Religious Charitable Guardianship".
Vesna Pećanac was remembered for her roles in the films "In the Name of the People", "The Beauty of Vice", "The Unseen Miracle", as well as in the series "Đekna has not died yet, and we don't know where", "The Originals".
She spent a large part of her career in "Atelje 212", where she was remembered for performing the monodrama "Oh, what a wonderful day".
Director Srđan Dragojević also published photos of Pećanac from the folk kitchen.
He stated that as a member of parliament he fought against the idea of abolishing national pensions for artists in Serbia.
He also said that the law was overturned, but that these pensions were not granted for seven years.
"It's not nice for artists to experience something like this," wrote Dragojević.
