In the last 24 hours, 1.942 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Croatia, and 57 people died, it was announced today in Zagreb.
The National Headquarters of Civil Protection announced that the PCR test confirmed 1.270 cases out of about 3.300 tested. Other cases were confirmed by a rapid antigen test.
There are 44.578 active cases, including 2.191 patients in hospitals and 178 on ventilators.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, 985.050 infected have been recorded, of which 14.194 have died.
56,64 percent of the total population, or 67,39 percent of adults, were vaccinated with at least one dose.
