Belivuk case - Hrvatin and Spasojević signed an agreement: Witnesses will receive 15 and 14 years in prison, respectively

Two of the accused - Bojan Hrvatin and Nikola Spasojević, from the group of Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković, signed a testimony agreement with the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime, on the basis of which they will receive 15 and 14 years in prison, respectively.

As Politika writes, in the status of the defendant's associate, they are obliged to tell the truth and not to keep silent about anything they know.

They will be questioned after the defendants present their defenses, and after giving their statements they will no longer be required to attend the trial.

The agreement needs to be confirmed by the court panel that will lead the proceedings against Belivuk's group before March 8, when the preliminary hearing in that process is scheduled to begin, the newspaper writes.

Belivuk's group is charged with multiple murders, drug trafficking and other serious crimes.
