Prime Minister Ana Brnabić presented in Kruševac the results of the work of the first 100 days of the Government of Serbia, and she stated that she is extremely proud of them.
She said that the government is focused on intensive digitization, investment in education, as well as economic development, so that Serbia will be the leader of the region in changes and creating new opportunities for everyone.
"Today we report on everything we have done. We decided to do it in Kruševac because the signing of the contract with the company 'Czechoslovak Group' is proof that the Government of Serbia is persistent and solves problems. That is the message we want to send clearly to all citizens of Serbia," she said.
Brnabić stated that the public debt was further reduced and at the end of September it was 65,4 percent of GDP. In 2017 alone, public debt was reduced by 7,6 percent of GDP compared to the end of last year, which is about one billion euros, the Prime Minister noted.
Brnabić recalled that the Socio-Economic Council agreed to increase the minimum wage to 143 dinars, which, she says, is significant for the 145.000 employees who receive the minimum wage.
"Serbia has advanced 12 places in the global competitiveness list of the World Economic Forum and is now in the best position in the last 10 years," she pointed out.
The Prime Minister stated that from January 1, 2018, pensions will be increased by 5 percent, and salaries in the public sector by 10 percent.
She added that there have been great successes at the diplomatic level, which can be seen in the fact that Kosovo's candidacy for UNESCO and Interpol was prevented.
The Government of Serbia also approved 42 proposed laws, three systemically important laws were voted in the Parliament of Serbia, while another 39 proposed laws are currently in the parliamentary procedure.
She emphasized the digitization process as very important, and emphasized that the first results already exist, noting the abolition of certification of health records.
She added that in the first 100 days of work, the representatives of the Government met with many leaders of Europe and the world.
She also emphasized that for the first time since 1987, aircraft were acquired for the needs of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of the Serbian Army, and that in order to equip and modernize the Air Force, a contract was concluded for the acquisition of six MiG-29 aircraft.
The Government has sent the Law on Electronic Business to the Parliament of Serbia for adoption, and the work on the Draft Law on Electronic Government has been completed, as well as the public discussion, says the Prime Minister, who states that the pilot project of retraining in the IT sector for 100 trainees has been completed and that preparations have begun. for the second round, i.e. retraining for another 900 participants.
The Center for Innovative Youth Entrepreneurship was opened at the Faculty of Electronics in Niš and thus completed the first phase of the Science and Technology Park, and the Center for Digital Agriculture was opened at the Biosens Institute in Novi Sad.
"The digital platform AgroSens, whose basic services are free for all farmers, has also been put into operation," said the Prime Minister.
She also underlined that the works on the Museum of Contemporary Art have been completed, and after 10 years of reconstruction, it will be open to visitors on October 20.
An agreement was signed to support EU education in the amount of 27,4 million euros, which includes the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning, said Brnabić, who also stated that through the E-education pilot project, about 200 schools across Serbia will be from 1. began to use the electronic diary in September.
She also spoke about healthcare and stated that within the framework of projects for the renovation of public buildings, contracts were signed for the purchase of magnetic resonance equipment for the children's clinic "Tiršova" and the contract for the implementation of the first phase of works on the building of that clinic.
The government approved 1.239 positions for employment in health institutions, and 870 specializations and narrower specializations were also approved.

"I thank my entire team - Serbia is progressing - a lot has been done in these 100 days, there is a long way ahead of us and we are moving with brave steps, resolutely and with a clear vision of where we are going," said Brnabić.
She also stated that in the previous 100 days, 30 kilometers of highways towards the Bulgarian border were opened to traffic, that many buildings of public importance were renovated, among them the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, which has been closed for 10 years.
"We have made a clear path towards a legal framework that will give us space to move forward in the digitalization of society.
In response to Tanjug's question whether it is time for a new direction of reform that includes strengthening entrepreneurship, innovation and education, she said that all the conditions have been set for that and that she is extremely happy about it.
"This implies that we adopted the draft law on electronic business and it is currently being debated in the parliament, we finished the draft law on electronic administration, finished the public hearing and after consolidation of all proposals we will start the official procedure", the Prime Minister stated.
This, she reiterated, is the legal framework, and she expects amendments to the law on foreign exchange operations to be adopted by the end of the year.
She particularly highlighted the completion of the center for digitization in agriculture in Novi Sad, saying that the results of this are yet to be seen, and that this will put Serbia at the center of digitization in agriculture not only in Europe, but in the world.
"These are fascinating people who are European champions, who have received European awards, I mean the Biosens institute, and we will have more sample goods so that our people can see all the advantages of digitization in that area," said Brnabić.
She also mentioned the student innovation center in Niš in that regard, because, as she stated, the desire is for Niš to once again be the center of the electronics industry.
In addition, that center is practically the end of the first phase of the construction of the science and technology park in Nis, Brnabić added and reminded that we already have such a park in Belgrade, that construction has begun in Novi Sad, and that similar facilities are being planned in Kragujevac, Kraljevo...
As she noted, if people in Serbia managed to make the IT industry develop the fastest, 10 percent per year, without state support, "you can imagine what we will achieve in the coming years, and we have a clear plan for that."
Brnabić also mentioned that Serbian athletes won almost 100 medals in major competitions during the first 30 days of the government.

When asked about the possible reconstruction of the government, Brnabić stated that she did not have time to deal with such matters.
"We worked as a team. We had exceptional challenges at the beginning, strikes, raspberry growers' protest, we had to put out a lot of fires and we finished it in the first two or three weeks. It can always be better, that's why I'm talking about better coordination," she said.
