Asked how he understood German Foreign Minister Analene Berbock's statement that the return of the Serbian Army to Kosovo was unacceptable, Vucevic said that he "didn't know" that Berbock had assumed the role of KFOR.

"We did not know that she (Berbok) replaced the Security Council and KFOR, she gave herself the right to prejudge the decision of those who should do it," he said.
