Milorad Dodik, president of Republika Srpska and leader of SNSD, filed a criminal complaint against Nedimo Ćosić, prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Namely, this is Milorad Dodik's reaction to the decision of the BiH Prosecutor's Office to indict him and the acting director of the Official Gazette of the RS, Miloš Lukić, reports N1 Sarajevo.
Let us remind you that they are charged with the criminal offense of failure to implement the decisions of the high representative of the international community in BiH, Kristijan Šmita.
"Today, in Banja Luka, I filed a criminal complaint against the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Nedimo Ćosić, to the special department of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the suppression of corruption, organized and the most serious forms of economic crime. "I filed the criminal complaint because Nedim Ćosić filed an indictment for, as stated, the criminal offense of failure to execute the decisions of the high representative," said Dodik.
Then he added:
"He, as an official of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, with the intention of causing damage to the institution of the President of the Republika Srpska, whom I represent, and to Miloš Lukić, acting director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, made an illegal decision, thereby committing the criminal offense of violating the law under Article 346 and abuse official position or authority from Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska".
