The man who stabbed a woman in Bijeljina this evening, and then jumped from the building, blocked the front door with cabinets so that no one could enter, reports InfoBijeljina.
Members of the Bijeljina police tried to get inside, but were unable to because the door was blocked, he reports N1.
"Two policemen and two firefighters entered through the window and removed the furniture from the front door, so that the doctors could reach the injured woman," says the source of the InfoBijeljina portal.
The injured woman has multiple stab wounds and doctors are providing her with help.
Bijeljina Hospital said that an injured man and woman were brought to the Emergency Center tonight and both are conscious.
From this institution, they stated that examinations, CT scans and X-rays of the injured persons are in progress.
