After a long customs investigation, it was determined that cigarettes that were delivered by truckers from Montenegro since 2019 and then stored, must be confiscated due to unreliable documentation, inaccurate data on goods and companies participating in foreign trade proceedings, some of which do not even exist in company registers, announced the Customs Administration of Serbia.

The final decision of the Ministry of Finance of Serbia confirmed the decisions of the customs authorities on confiscation of goods that will be destroyed in the procedure prescribed by law, according to the announcement.
