On the land bordered by the streets of General Pavle Jurišić Šturm, Rajko Mitić, Goleška and General Sava Grujić in Belgrade's Dedinje, there are a large number of villas and other luxurious buildings of considerable size, with everything that usually goes with them - swimming pools, green gardens, high fences that they hide them from the eyes of passers-by, surveillance cameras, security... Some of them belong to personalities well known to the general public or companies connected to them, writes BIRN.
One of the properties in Rajko Mitić Street is owned by the company "Rad 028" from Zvečan, in the north of Kosovo. The residence of Milan Radoičić, the informal head of the north of Kosovo, who took responsibility for the armed conflict in the village of Banjska on September 24 of this year, is located on the same street, at the same number as the mentioned immovable property, reports N1.
Namely, in the Agreement on the Transfer of Shares that BIRN obtained from the Agency for Business Registers (APR), signed on October 2 this year, eight days after the event in Banjska, it can be seen that Milan Radoičić donated his 40 percent share in the company Inkop Zvonko and Žarko Veselinović, under Radoičić's signature, in addition to other personal information, the address of his residence is also listed.

At that address there is a building with an area of 1.161 square meters, which has three apartments and nine garages. The owner of one of the apartments, a five-room apartment with an area of 245 square meters, is the already mentioned company "Rad 028" based in Zvečan. In the same building in Dedinje, the company "Rad 028" from Zvečani also owns three garages of 16 square meters each.
During recent years, the company "Rad 028" has often been in the focus of non-governmental media, which speculated that Radule Stević, who is registered in the APR as its founder, is only a fictitious owner, and that Milan Radoičić and Zvonko Veselinović are actually behind the company.
The company "Rad 028", as well as Radule Stević, then Milan Radoičić, Zvonko Veselinović and his brother Žarko, are on the list of sanctions of the US Ministry of Finance from December 8, 2021.
Adoc Real Estate from Belgrade invested in the construction of a building with a five-room apartment of 245 square meters and three garages owned by the company "Rad 028" from Zvečan at the Dedinj address where Milan Radoičić's residence was registered, which built two more buildings on two adjacent plots.
In one of them, which is structurally identical to the building in which Radoičić was registered, the owner of one of the three apartments in total is Nikola Petrović, godfather of the Serbian president, former director of the public company Elektromreža Srbije, known for his wealth and the lucrative businesses developed by his numerous companies.
In the building, in the immediate neighborhood of Radoičić's residence, Petrović has, according to the cadastre, a six-room apartment of 261 square meters and three garages of 16 square meters each.
It is not possible to approach the building from the front, because it leans against the plot of land where the villa of Adham Abo Madalala, a close associate of Mohamed Dahlan, who mediated in the murky affairs of Serbia and the Emirates, is located. That villa was built without a building permit, and it was legalized without a clear legal basis, which BIRN has already written about.
Just a few hundred meters from the buildings where Nikola Petrović and "Rad 028" have apartments, behind the described high walls and high gates under video surveillance, there are four villas. One of them, as BIRN wrote back in 2018, belongs to the company Inkop, which after Milan Radoičić stepped down from it on October 2 this year without compensation, now belongs to his close friend and business partner Zvonko Veselinović and his brother Žarko.
