Slaviša Nedeljković from Vučitrn, who was arrested today in Jarinje for an alleged war crime against the civilian population, was released by the decision of the prosecutor in Pristina because it was determined that he was the wrong person.
The Kosovo Police announced earlier today that a person of Serbian nationality was arrested on suspicion of having committed the crime of "war crimes against the civilian population".
As stated in that announcement, the person arrested under the initials SN is from the territory of the municipality of Vučitrn.

Nedeljkovic was released by the decision of the prosecutor in Pristina because it was determined that he was the wrong person, and he is on his way to Kosovska Mitrovica, a source close to the family told Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).
"After his arrest in Jarinje, Nedeljković was brought before the prosecutor, but the check established that he was the wrong person, so no measure was imposed on him," said the same source.
