The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, does not stand behind the Resolution on the genocide in Jasenovac and the Dachau and Mauthausen camps, said the President of the Serbian Parliament, Ana Brnabić.
She said, in the program Novo jutro on Pink Television, that she believes that the adoption of the resolution is a good thing.
Brnabić stated that her incredible obsession with Vučić "whom they said won everything without firing a shot".
"Vučić does not stand behind this Resolution. Anyone who followed the political scene in Montenegro could see that they proposed it themselves," said Brnabić.
She stated that "everything is Vučić's fault, both from the region and from here."
"When you look and draw a line - yes, they mumbled and mumbled it a little and softened it by adding Mauthausen and Dachau, but in the end they said that genocide happened in Jasenovac," added Brnabić.
She said that she was personally glad that someone said that there was genocide in Jasenovac.
"I find it unbelievable and terribly hypocritical, you can see the double standards of reactions from Croatia. Croatia says that this is a direct attack on Croatia," said Brnabić.
She recalled that Croatia was a co-sponsor of the Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica.
"And when Vučić said that it was an attack on Serbia and Republika Srpska, you said no, it was a confrontation with the past and a civilizational step forward. But this is not, is it? This is an attack on Croatia?" Brnabić said.
She said that she found it interesting "that they said that this was to alleviate Srebrenica".
"Shame on you, Jasenovic, to moderate Srebrenica, where even according to the most conservative Croatian estimates, tens of thousands of Serbs were killed, first of all, and then Jews and Roma, and according to realistic estimates, hundreds of thousands of Serbs," said Brnabić.
She said that this shows double standards.
