An unknown man hit a student of the University of Hospitality School in Belgrade with a van during the blockade organized on Saturday at 11.52:XNUMX a.m. near the building of the University's Faculty of Sports and Physical Education.
A video posted on social media shows a driver trying to drive his van around the students who blocked the road. The van climbs onto the sidewalk and the green area, and the next moment a young man falls on the hood of the van. After knocking down the student, the van fled the scene, reports N1.
"We held a 15-minute silence in front of the DIF Faculty, only our school attended today, since DIF students are not able to attend today. There were about 30 of us, from the school, and citizens from the street joined us. We stopped calmly at the pedestrian crossing at 11:52 a.m. A man came by with a van who immediately started yelling at us on that occasion, he drove a van at us, but we didn't move," one of the students told the Nova.rs portal.
The students add that the driver then tried to bypass the blockade, but one of their colleagues was there.
"The driver suddenly stepped on the gas and lifted the boy on the hood and then ended up on the grass by the side of the road, the van just sped past," the student said.
