In Banja Luka, a shooting took place this evening near the "Stara Ada" restaurant, in which Dejan Kostić Dela was killed, according to the media in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

The media reports that eyewitnesses say they heard at least three shots.
Kostić previously introduced himself as the leader of the "Lešinari" fan group of the Borac Football Club from Banja Luka, and he came into the public eye after the publication of a video of him harassing a waiter in the toilet.
The information about his death was officially confirmed by the police.
"At 18:50 p.m., it was reported to the PU Banja Luka that there had been a shooting from a firearm in front of the UG 'Stara Ada'. Police officers, when they went to the scene in the parking lot of the said UO, found a lifeless body with a gunshot wound to the head of Dejan Kostić, known as Del. The site is being secured, an investigation will follow and further measures and actions will be taken," it is stated.
Kostić is already known for criminal acts. Back in 2010, he was arrested for the attempted murder of Jovan Joshil, and in that skirmish, 19-year-old Nedeljko Ćulum was killed. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
Glas Srpske reports that Kostić was sentenced to a fine of 9.000 convertible marks (about 4.600 euros) for the crime of abuse, torture and other inhuman degrading behavior for abusing a waiter.
According to the indictment, on April 24, 2019, at around 13.25:XNUMX p.m., in a cafe on Stepe Stepanovića Street in Banja Luka, Kostić intended to intimidate the waiter PP and invited him to the toilet.
"When they entered the toilet, he started hitting the victim in the face with his hands, telling him that the previous day his friends, MM and Č.S. had attacked him, and then he filmed the victim with his mobile phone while still hitting him in the open with his fist, and forcefully grabbed him by the neck, forcing him to say to himself that p...a, and then made the mentioned recording available," the indictment reads.
"In the manner described, he caused great pain to the victim, thereby committing the crime of abuse, torture and other inhuman and degrading treatment," the indictment stated.
