The Serbian Bar Association (AKS) announced at its extraordinary session today that it will completely suspend the work of lawyers throughout Serbia for 7 days, until January 20, in support of and support for the students' demands.
The decision will be published on the AKS website and submitted to state authorities and all AKS bar associations, the statement said.
It will also come into force upon publication on the AKS website.
Immediately before today's AKS Assembly, law students from several cities distributed letters to lawyers stating that their strike would bring Serbia closer to social revival.
