Student Snežana Džogović expressed her gratitude, as she said, to brave people for their solidarity with the students in achieving their demands.
"I'm glad that so many brave people gathered, even though it seems to me that the greatest pressure is here, that it seems to me that it is easier to advertise in Belgrade or any city in Serbia, that this (city) is somehow the most occupied, both by foreign people and by domestic people. So I'm glad that there were people here and the message needs to be conveyed that people from here really support students in Belgrade and that because the situation here is the way it is, we need to stand up first and fight for them," said Snežana Džogovć.
So far, more than 360 professors and students from Kosovo have supported a petition calling for the fulfillment of the demands of students who were raised during the blockades across Serbia.
Yesterday, after Đorđević called on citizens to participate in the "15 minutes of silence" action, the Student Parliament of the University of Pristina, based in North Mitrovica, issued a statement, distancing itself from today's rally and sending a message to colleagues on blockade at faculties across Serbia with the title "The one who supported you is killing us, distance yourself from Kurti and those who want to tear Serbia apart."
However, some students today distanced themselves from this statement by the Student Parliament, claiming that it was not written by students.
"I think we all have the right to free opinion. So, no one asked the students about that statement, whether they agree with it or not, that's the only problem. The question here is not whether someone supports the protests or not. Everyone does that according to their conscience and everyone should decide as they wish. However, no one has the right to deny the right to an opinion and express a position that is expressed on behalf of all students, and does not reflect the position of all students," said Jovan Zafirović, a student at the Faculty of Philosophy.
"It was not written by students, which is simply dangerous - comparing student protests and 15 minutes of silence with Albin Kurti and deprivation of freedom in any way," said student Dimitrije Rakočević.

This city is somehow the most occupied, both by foreign people and by locals. That's why I'm glad that there were people here and the message needs to be conveyed that people from here really support students in Belgrade. Precisely because the situation here is the way it is, we need to stand up first and fight for them," said Snežana Džogović.
