Marina Abramović: Serbian students are heroes of today

Serbian students are the heroes of today, said artist Marina Abramović on the day when blockades of three bridges were organized in Novi Sad to mark three months since the collapse of a canopy at the Railway Station in that city, when 15 people were killed.

"The students of Serbia are the heroes of today (Serbian students are the heroes of today, ed.) - Marina Abramović," it was announced on the official Instagram account of the Marina Abramović Institute.

Marina Abramović is a celebrated world-renowned performance artist of Yugoslav, Montenegrin and Serbian origin.

Among other things, in 2012 she was the recipient of the highest Montenegrin state award - the Thirteenth of July Award for Lifetime Achievement.
