Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced that the Serbian List won 10 seats in today's parliamentary elections in Kosovo and congratulated them on that.
The Kosovo Assembly has 120 members, ten of whom are reserved for the Serbian community and ten for other non-Albanian communities.
Six Serbian parties participated in the parliamentary elections for the Kosovo Assembly, including the Serbian List, which has the support of official Belgrade.
Vučić said in an Instagram post that "Serbian List won 10 out of 10 mandates in today's elections."
"These results are almost unbelievable, especially considering everything that (Kosovo Prime Minister Albin) Kurti did to destroy the Serbian people and the Serbian List," Vučić said.
According to him, many foreigners also worked to destroy the Serbian List, "secretly and publicly" helping everyone else against the strongest Serbian representative.
"I congratulate everyone from the Serbian List and I am infinitely grateful to our people," said Vučić.
He added that this result represents a huge confidence for him, and noted that results from Srbica, where 143 people voted, are still awaited.
"The Serbian list, excluding Srbica and internally displaced persons, received 38.533 votes, and the next closest party received 3.217 votes," he said.
He also stated that it is quite clear that the Serbian List will undoubtedly win all ten mandates, and that, as he said, "it will be a barrier to further attacks by Kurti."
"Kurti, who until yesterday was celebrating here, our overthrow in Belgrade, I fear that he will now have to worry much more about himself and his survival in power," he said.
He thanked the Serbian people "for so much faith, for so much love and so much trust."
"All I can tell you: Kosovo is Serbia and I love you endlessly," he said.
