Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has stated that the footage, in which students allegedly practice how to fake a car attack on them, is authentic.
Pink Television showed footage of students allegedly training on how to confront drivers, how to fall, and how to film an incident.
Vučić said that it was an authentic recording from Cetinjska Street in Kragujevac and that he knew it, and asked if the students thought that everyone in Kragujevac supported them and that no one would film them.
"This is the best indicator that this is a color revolution," said the Serbian president.
Constitutional law professor Vladan Petrov confirmed that he also has such knowledge and called on state authorities to prosecute those who want to stage alleged attacks and trampling.
He added that this does not mean that the trampling and injuries to students so far have been faked.
The video released by Pink shows a group of young people between two buildings, where one of them is giving instructions loudly on a megaphone on how to act out conflicts and scenes of violence, and he addresses the drivers of the cars that are supposed to run them over as "actors."
Students at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade have announced that the footage, which some media outlets claim shows students practicing faking incidents, is part of a film and has been taken out of context.
