The President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik stated today in Budapest that the only good solution for Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is a split, whereby RS would become independent, as would Herceg-Bosna, which has a majority Croat population, while "what remains would be Bosnia".
"And let's agree that there are no walls, that there is a fluctuation of people so that they can move, work. We can agree that there will be one currency and one security policy," Dodik told Radio Television RS (RTRS) and the Srna news agency.
He stated that in BiH there is already a demarcation line between the entities, which "does not have to be fought over" and the Brčko District, "which no one touches", adding that the best security policy for the Balkans would be demilitarization, the guarantor of which would be "someone who is big and strong".
Dodik reiterated that RS "does not see a future in BiH, which is a failed project and an impossible country."
In his words, no one in BiH "wants to open the story that there is no single project that could possibly bring everyone together in that country."
Dodik assessed that "Europe holds BiH as a reserve", in order to return migrants to it, as the last country they stayed in before leaving for the European Union countries, because they must not be returned to their countries where they would be killed.
He also referred to the funds invested by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in BiH, stating that of the 402 million dollars that USAID received in BiH over the last four years, 250 million were spent on "black operations".
He added that the America of Republican President Donald Trump and the America of Democrat Joseph Biden are not the same, stating that the Democrats were "dictators" and should be prosecuted for "misrepresentation."
He concluded that things in BiH "are no longer the same as they were seven or eight months ago," as well as in Europe, which, as he assessed, is in a kind of chaos.
