The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has ordered a one-month detention for Marko Plavšić and Ljuban Vuković in Banja Luka, who threatened Judge Sena Uzunović, who presided over the trial against Dodik and handed down the first-instance verdict, before the verdict was pronounced against Republika Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik.
"The suspects Marko Plavšće and Ljuban Vuković have been ordered to be detained, which according to this decision may last for one month, or until March 27th or until a new decision by the Court of BiH," the Court of BiH announced this evening.
They stated that the suspects Plavšić and Vuković are charged with committing the criminal offense of obstruction of justice under the Criminal Code of BiH.
They were detained last night in Banja Luka, on the orders of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, by members of the BiH Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).
Dodik was sentenced to one year in prison and a six-year ban on political activity.
