A protest by citizens from 10 city municipalities is being held in front of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.
At that point, columns that have set off from different parts of the city meet.
The rally titled "Let's Meet in Front of the Prosecutor's Office" is being held to provide support to blockaded students and educational workers in Serbia.
Those gathered observed 15 minutes of silence for those killed in the collapse of the Novi Sad Railway Station canopy.
After the silence, the gathered citizens made noise.

Students on lockdown for more than three months have been protesting across the country, demanding criminal and political accountability for the death of 15 and serious injury to two people in the collapse of the Novi Sad Railway Station canopy on November 1.
They are blocking more than 60 faculties in Serbia.

They demand the criminal prosecution of attackers of students and professors during the protests, the publication of all documentation on the reconstruction of the Novi Sad Railway Station, the suspension of proceedings against those arrested during the demonstrations, and a 20 percent increase in the budget for faculties.

Some teachers have been protesting since the beginning of the school year. They are demanding better salaries and working conditions. Their protest and strike has intensified in a wave of student protests that have lasted for almost three months.
