The Belgrade-Karlovac Archdiocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) has launched a podcast whose first episode, titled "Colored Revolution or Media Attacks on the Church," has been published on YouTube.
The podcasts will feature, along with priests and theologians, laypeople - experts in certain areas of science and social life in general, the Serbian Orthodox Church Information Service announced.
The guests of Priest Stevan Jovanović in the first episode are Archpriest-stavrophor Velibor Džomić, professor at the Faculty of Law in Kragujevac, and Professor Vladimir Vuletić at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade.
The podcast was launched to, as it says, advance the mission of the Church "through various forms of media creativity to preserve a way of life based on the teachings of Christ."
This is required, as stated, by "the dynamics of events in the Serbian people throughout their living space, as well as in society in general, along with the revision of not only historical facts but also democratic institutions and representative democracy as relics from the totalitarian systems of the last century, along with technical and technological changes, the imposition of censorship, gender and similar ideologies and political practices."
