The President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik stated today that after the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) issued a final verdict against him, it is completely clear that, as he stated, "the strongest synchronized attack on Serbia and Republika Srpska (RS) by individual European Union (EU) countries is underway."
"They want to leave us without a state and without a future. Someone has destined the Serbs for the fate of the Kurds," Dodik wrote on the social network X.
He assessed that "it is no coincidence that the targets are (Serbian President) Aleksandar Vučić and Milorad Dodik."
"We can only defend ourselves from this new 'Storm' looming over the Serbian people through national unity. One people, one state, Serbia and Republika Srpska," Dodik wrote.
The Appellate Chamber of the Court of BiH today confirmed the first-instance verdict against Dodik, sentencing him to a year in prison and a six-year ban on holding public office for failing to implement the decisions of the High Representative in BiH.
There is no possibility of appeal against this verdict.
