Miljanović Zubac: They underestimated the "enemy", my weapons are truth and arguments, I am not afraid of anything

​​​​​​The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not join the criminalized members of the BiH Border Police and the BiH Prosecutor's Office. Personally, I was ready for anything, because I am aware that the criminalized staff of the institutions I am calling out will do everything to silence me and prevent me from speaking about their criminal activities.

This was told to "Vijesti" yesterday by a journalist from Radio Television of Republika Srpska, Nataša Miljanović Zubac, commenting on the decision of the Court of BiH, which, explaining that there is no reasonable suspicion that she committed the criminal offense of disclosing classified information, rejected the proposal of the local Prosecutor's Office to impose measures prohibiting her from contacting witnesses, a travel ban, and mandatory reporting to the police.

The long-time journalist pointed out that the judge Dalida Burzic demonstrated professionalism at the hearing held to impose prohibitive measures, and confirmed this with a decision.

She said that she was waiting for official confirmation of the status of the document for which she was arrested, but that in the meantime she had received information that the designation "internal" had long been removed from that document, which was drawn up by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska on May 10, 2023.

"I have information that the acting prosecutor Sanita Imamovic "He is trying to persuade, or force, the RS Ministry of Interior to restore the secrecy of that document. This has not yet been officially confirmed, although I trust my sources and I hope they will not arrest me for that," she said.

Miljanović Zubac pointed out that the arrest was an attack on her, carried out by "criminalized institutional personnel."

"But they underestimated the 'enemy'. My weapons are truth and arguments. I fear nothing - neither prison, nor handcuffs, especially not contaminated institutional rats. I consider the handcuffs that such people put on my hands an honor and my victory," she emphasized.

The Court of BiH announced yesterday that they had rejected the BiH Prosecutor's Office's proposal to impose prohibitory measures on female journalists:

"With regard to the suspect Nataša Miljanović Zubac, the Court determined that the general condition for imposing the proposed prohibitive measures was not met, that is, that there is no reasonable suspicion that this suspect committed the criminal offense of Disclosing Secret Information under Article 164, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and rejected the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH," the Court of BiH announced.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office is charging her and two policewomen with disclosing classified information, although the Criminal Code stipulates that this offense does not exist if the goal is to uncover irregularities or protect the constitutional order.

Miljanović Zubac was arrested on August 7th on the orders of Prosecutor Imamović, and after questioning in Sarajevo she was released to defend herself. While she was being questioned at the Prosecutor's Office, a call was made from her mobile phone, which she had voluntarily handed over to the BiH Border Police a few hours earlier.
