The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has extended the banning measures imposed on the leader of the ruling coalition in Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik, the President of the RS National Assembly Nenad Stevandić and the former RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković, suspected of attacking the constitutional order of BiH, according to which they will have to periodically report to the competent police station for the next two months.
The last check to see if they were reporting to the relevant police stations was carried out on September 4, the Sarajevo portal Raport reported.
Prohibiting measures against Dodik, Stevandić and Višković were imposed in July, after they appeared at a hearing before the Court of BiH in the case of an attack on the constitutional order.
Previously, the Court of BiH, due to their refusal to be questioned, issued a central arrest warrant for them and ordered a one-month detention, which was lifted after they responded to a summons to be questioned by the state prosecutor's office.
Dodik, Stevandić and Višković are charged with committing the criminal offense of "attack on the constitutional order" because they proposed the adoption of a law in the RS National Assembly that would prohibit the work of some judicial and police state agencies on the territory of that entity in BiH.
The Constitutional Court of BiH has invalidated these laws.
