Democratic Party (DS) President Srđan Milivojević today asked the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime to "immediately order the arrest" of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić because he believes he is the organizer of a "criminal group" that operated during the local elections in Mionica, Negotin and Sečanj during the day.
"What we saw was not an electoral process but a mafia fair. Before the eyes of the police, thugs and operatives of an advanced criminal organization are carrying out violence, intimidation and reshaping the electoral will, turning these municipalities into new outposts of Ćacilend," Milivojević said in a statement.
He said that the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime should urgently arrest all perpetrators and organizers of that group.
"I demand that the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime urgently arrest all perpetrators and the organizer of this group - Aleksandar Vučić, previously known and registered in the cases of this prosecutor's office as 'Oskar'," Milivojević added.
