Telekom Srbija has acquired Mondo INC, owned by Igor Žeželj's WMG Media, a company that publishes the daily newspaper Kurir, as well as the Kurir portal and the television of the same name, N1 reports.
The company Mondo, registered for the distribution of cinematographic works, audiovisual works and television programs, has been majority-owned by Telekom Srbija since December 31, 2025.
According to data published in the Register of Companies of the Serbian Banking Authority, Telekom owns 80 percent of Mondo INC, while the previous owner retained 20 percent of the share.
Mondo INC is registered in the APR Media Register as the publisher of the daily newspaper Kurir, the portal Kurir.rs, Television Kurir, the newspapers Doktor Kurir and Kurir Stars.
According to data from the registry, Telekom Srbija is listed as the owner of 80 percent of Mondo INC's shares, with a cash contribution of 1,76 billion dinars and a non-cash contribution of 1,49 billion dinars.
Žeželj's company WMG Media owns a 20 percent stake, with a cash contribution of 439,9 million dinars and a non-cash contribution of 373 million dinars.
