The Seismology Sector of the Institute of Hydrometeorology and Seismology of Montenegro (ZHMS) registered a strong earthquake at 10:05 p.m., with an epicenter 16 kilometers north of Tetovo, in North Macedonia.
The earthquake's magnitude at the epicenter was 4,7 on the Richter scale and could be felt in parts of Montenegro.
The focus of the earthquake was located at a depth of 12 km.
As announced by the ZHMS, the earthquake could have caused some material damage in the epicentral area.
