North Macedonia's Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said today that he expects inflation to stabilize below three percent this year and stressed that his government has "finally consolidated the situation in the country."
"This year, I expect us to stabilize below three percent with annual inflation. I expect some monthly negative trend, or a decline compared to last year," Mickoski told reporters.
The Prime Minister of North Macedonia emphasized that his government, which was elected on June 24, 2024, has so far worked to consolidate the situation in the country and assessed that it has succeeded in doing so.
"From a chaotic situation, collapsed institutions, a destroyed system, we are coming to a situation in which we can say that we are finally consolidated. Now we need to develop Macedonia the way all citizens want," said Mickoski.
