The body of Aleksandar Nešović Baja, for whose disappearance Belgrade Police Chief Veselin Milić was arrested, was found next to the highway near Šimanovci, the Belgrade newspaper Danas learned from multiple police sources.

According to unofficial information, Nešović was shot dead by Saša Vuković, aka Boske, in a restaurant in Senjak, where Boske was sitting with Milić, who had invited him to reconcile Nešović and Vuković because they had previously had a conflict.

Immediately upon Nešović's arrival, an argument broke out, after which Vuković pulled out a gun and fired several shots at Nešović, killing him on the spot.

As Danas reports, according to their information from the police, two of the three police officers guarding Veselin Milić, together with Vuković, took the body out of the restaurant and disposed of it next to the highway near Šimanovci, where they set it on fire, while Milić and another police officer remained in the restaurant to remove traces and video footage from security cameras.
