Zelensky arrives in Serbia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in Serbia.

He wrote on his X account that important talks are scheduled in Serbia today and tomorrow - with President Aleksandar Vučić and Prime Minister Đuro Macuta.

"We will discuss expanding economic ties between our countries, relations with the European Union, other issues that may be beneficial to our peoples, as well as security issues. Ukraine is always ready to act constructively, for mutual benefit and on the basis of mutual respect," Zelensky wrote.

He was welcomed at the Nikola Tesla Airport by the Minister of Mining and Energy in the Government of Serbia, Dubravka Đedović Handanović.
