Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić said today that he does not see any problem in the fact that the Serbian Parliament will not work for 28 or 29 days before the presidential elections, and pointed out that during the previous government, these breaks lasted for three months.
"Nothing is blocked, we are not rushing anywhere. I don't see any problem, all important laws have been passed," said Vučić at the press conference.
He added that he was not afraid of "representatives of the former regime" and their, as he assessed, "direct threats of violence".
"I'm not fascinated by your threats, I'm not scared at all. I know you enough, how much courage you don't have, you have neither knowledge nor love for Serbia", said Vučić and told his opponents in the upcoming presidential elections that he will defeat them all.
Looking back at the meeting EU High Representative Federica Mogherini with opposition representatives, said that everyone has the right to meet whomever they want, just as he also has the right to meet whomever he wants.
The President of the Assembly of Serbia, Maja Gojković, ordered a break in the work of the Parliament until the presidential elections are over, which the opposition opposed, demanding that the Assembly work normally.
