Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia will thoroughly investigate all the circumstances related to this morning's crash of the "Tu-154" plane in the Black Sea near Sochi, in which 93 people died.
"This terrible tragedy took the lives of people who were energetic and had plans. Among the victims are journalists, soldiers and musicians of the famous "Alexandrov Ensemble". They were flying to Syria on a goodwill peace mission," Medvedev said, reports TAS S.
The Prime Minister of Russia stated that "all those affected by this tragedy will receive the necessary assistance" and sent his condolences to the families of the victims.
