The results of the investigation into the cause of the "Flydubai" plane crash in Rostov-on-Don show that the aircraft was completely functional.
The Interstate Commission investigating the plane crash said data from the black boxes showed the aircraft was in good working order and that technical problems were not the cause of the crash.
Investigators said the plane took off from Dubai airport in a fully functional condition.
They did not want to specify at this stage of the investigation what could be the exact cause of the crash of the passenger plane.
The plane of the "Flydubai" company crashed on March 19 in the east of Russia, all 62 passengers and crew members died.
