British Prime Minister Theresa May will make an extraordinary address to parliament today, while the media reports that a key vote in the lower house on Brexit will be postponed.
A spokesman for the lower house of parliament said May would address MPs at 16.30pm.

The announcement of the Prime Minister's address came as she held a cabinet meeting on the next steps for Brexit.
Parliament was due to vote tomorrow on whether to accept May's withdrawal deal with the European Union, but it is doubtful that she has enough votes due to opposition to the agreement by a significant part of her Conservative Party, as well as Labor and other opposition parties.
The Prime Minister's office announced earlier today that there will be a vote, but the BBC and other media outlets, citing sources, say that it will be postponed.
"pathetic cowardice"
The Scottish Prime Minister Nicola Sturgeon reacted to the information about the postponement of the vote, calling such an act "pathetic cowardice".
"This is a pivotal moment and an act of pathetic cowardice by a Conservative government that has gone off course and is heading for chaos," Sturgeon said.
