A small plane crashed today in the north of Switzerland after it ran into and collided with a car moving on the road and in that incident two people were injured, the local police in the Swiss canton of Aargau announced.
The pilot of the small plane and the driver of the car were injured when the plane flipped the vehicle onto its roof in the collision around 10am GMT and they were taken to hospital.
Local media showed images of thick black smoke rising over a rural residential area, near several houses.
Several fire trucks with firefighters were on the scene, Reuters reported.
The plane crashed near the Swiss town of Holziken, about 30 kilometers south of the Rhine River and the German-Swiss border.
