Crimea, which was annexed to Russia after the referendum on secession from Ukraine, will switch to Moscow time tonight at 22 p.m. local time, according to which it will be midnight at that moment, the press service of the Crimean government announced, as reported by Itar-Tas.
Crimea was admitted to Russia based on the results of the March 16 referendum and the Declaration on the Independence of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
On March 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the accession of Crimea and Sevastopol to the Russian Federation.
