In the helicopter accident that happened in central Switzerland, the pilot and four other people were injured, and a seven-year-old child remained unharmed.
Two passengers, the mother of the child and the co-pilot, were seriously injured in the incident, which occurred when the 45-year-old pilot tried to land the helicopter on the parking lot of the military training ground in Glarus Canton.
The accident happened because the helicopter, which is used to transport both goods and passengers, touched the ground with its rear side, causing it to lose its balance, AFP reported.
The pilot and two co-pilots were transporting the couple and their child to the area where they worked as foresters.
