Turkey is buying more missile systems from Russia

The administration of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced today that the date of purchase of additional S-400 missile systems from Russia is only a technical matter.

Russia hopes to conclude an agreement with Turkey on the purchase of new S-400 systems in the first half of next year, reports Reuters.

It is said that this could further worsen relations between Turkey and the US, which has suspended Ankara from the F-35 fighter jet program to punish it for buying missile systems from Russia.
