The plane of the Russian airline Utair with 94 passengers and crew members made an emergency landing at the airport in the north of Russia today, and there were no injuries in the incident, the Russian authorities reported.
"Boeing company Uter has made an emergency landing," said the authorities of the Republic of Komi, the region in northern Russia where the plane coming from Moscow landed.
Images posted online show the Boeing lying on its fuselage in the middle of a snow-covered runway at the Usinska airport.
None of the 94 passengers and crew members were injured, authorities said, adding that only one woman sought medical attention.
Multiple sources said it was a problem with the landing gear.
The plane landed on its tail, the spokesman of the local Ministry of Emergency Situations told France Press, adding that the passengers were evacuated via a slide.
