In the UK, the number of deaths from the coronavirus has exceeded 50, according to Reuters data.
New figures from Scotland show that the number of deaths has risen to 50.059 as British Prime Minister Boris Johnson tries to ease restrictive measures, the agency said.
The UK agency's data on deaths consists of data from death certificates mentioning Covid-19 as the cause of death in England, Wales and Northern Ireland up to 22 May and in Scotland up to 31 May.
Unlike the data that the government publishes daily, death certificates that mention Kovid-19 include suspicious cases.
Reuters data also includes those who died in English hospitals after May 23 and in Wales and Northern Ireland.
