24 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Germany in the last 1.479 hours, which is a slight decrease compared to the previous day when there were 1.571, the Robert Koch Institute announced.
"Another person passed away during that period," the announcement states, reports Tanjug.
A total of 240.986 people have been infected in Germany since the beginning of the epidemic, of which 9.289 have died.
