From Sunday, June 13, Germany will remove the "red lists" of countries at risk due to the corona virus of the Western Balkan country, Deutsche Welle announced today in Macedonian (dw.com/mk).

As stated, this was announced yesterday by the "Robert Koch" Institute, which, due to the decreasing number of new infections, removed several countries from the list of countries at risk.

Among the countries removed from the "red list" are Austria, Canada, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Canada, Lebanon, Moldova, Ukraine and Cyprus.

North Macedonia, BiH, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia will no longer be treated as risky countries.

For Macedonian citizens, Deutsche Welle notes, from this point on entering Germany by land, the corona restrictions will not apply, i.e. the obligation to digitally report travel, for a negative PCR test, as well as for quarantine.

Those arriving by plane at one of the German airports will still need to have a certificate of a negative PCR test, of having been infected with Covid-19 or of a complete vaccination before departure.
